Optional extras for the 800 Series crushes

The 800 Series Cattle Crushes offer a variety of optional extras to enhance functionality and safety:

• Front Cage: Easily installed on the Manual yoke, the front cage features a self-latching spring-loaded up bolt and a rope return for quick and safe operation. It is particularly useful for handling horned or aggressive cattle and can be configured for right or left-hand use.
• Sternum Bar: Quickly fitted with 6 bolts, the Sternum Bar prevents cattle from lying down in the crush. It includes a fully welded inset sheet to prevent leg traps, though it is not suitable for young stock.
• Foot Trim Kit: This kit includes a belly band winch to support the animal during hoof trimming and a leg lifting winch for safely lifting both front and rear legs. Molded plastic foot blocks provide a secure platform for trimming. The foot trim kit can be used in conjunction with the Rear Sliding Gate and Cattle Crush Extension.
• Rear Sliding Gate: Replaces the standard rear gate, preventing the next animal in the race from entering the crush. The gate can be operated from either side with a retractable sliding mechanism and locks securely with a flip-over catch on one or both sides. Note that the rear foot blocks of the foot trimming kit cannot be used with the sliding gate installed without first removing the gate.
• Cattle Crush Extension: This extension seamlessly adds an extra 980mm of length, features a sliding rear gate for cattle safety, and includes split side gates that lock securely behind the animal. It is compatible with the optional foot trim kit for added versatility.
