Superscoop MK4.5 to suit A800 & M800 crushes

The Superscoop is a crucial addition to any compatible cattle crush, providing stability and restricting the side-to-side movement of the animal's head. This feature makes tasks like administering boluses and tagging ears easier. The Superscoop also enhances safety for both the animal and the operator, which is of utmost importance.

The newest IAE model, version 4.5, includes a one-way locking mechanism and a secure resting position for the scoop arm in its vertical stance. This prevents accidental damage when the scoop is not in use. IAE also upgraded the internal components to boost reliability and extend the product's lifespan.

The Superscoop now features enhanced plastic molding for the scoop, providing increased strength and better access to the animal's head. This design reduces the proximity to the eyes and minimizes the risk of ear tag loss. A new locking ratchet mechanism with a concentric locking face and pawl allows for easy and quick release under pressure, reducing strain on both the operator and the animal. Additionally, IAE introduced a superior fixing bracket, offering a more stable point of rotation, and an extra-large diameter central pivot point that distributes the load over a wider area, significantly reducing component wear.

The Superscoop is factory-fitted as a right-hand unit but can be easily reconfigured for left-hand operation by following a simple procedure, with full documentation provided.
